Data collection and processing

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on the website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.

To be logged:

  • Name of the retrieved file,
  • Date and time of retrieval,
  • volume of data transferred,
  • Message about successful retrieval,
  • operating system used,
  • Browser and browser type,
  • the Internet page from which was redirected,
  • the Internet service provider,
  • visited pages and
  • requesting domain.

In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. However, the responsible party does not draw any conclusions about a person.

This data is only required to display the content of our website correctly, to optimize the content for you on a permanent basis and to support prosecutions in the event of hacker attacks. Application

The personal data you provide will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of deciding whether to establish an employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act. The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing of the application process and for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. If you do not provide this data, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you in the selection process for filling the advertised position.

We process the personal data you provide exclusively in the application process. Your data is transmitted to us encrypted by the so-called Transport Layer Security (TLS).

We will provide you with the required information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR upon receipt of your application by means of a reply e-mail.

In order to evaluate your documents, they will be forwarded to the responsible employees in the HR department and to the responsible contact person/department head in the respective department for which the application is intended.

Your application documents will be stored by us for the duration of the application process and beyond that for 3 months in order to be able to answer any questions by you. After this period, the documents will be deleted. In the case of documents sent by post, these will be returned or destroyed after the 3 months have expired.
